  • In Banff: Banff/Lake Louise Tourism Information Bureau at the Parks Canada Building; open daily from 9 AM to 5 PM
  • In Canmore: Chateau Canmore Quality Resort front desk; open 24 hours

    All participating offers are subject to change without notice. Advanced reservations may be required for any of the above activities or locations. One passport is valid for up to one adult and two children.

    • Redemption instructions
    After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
    1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
    2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
    3. Take all vouchers with you.

    Exchange your voucher for activity:
    You will be given your Canadian Rockies Passport in exchange for your voucher(s). Advanced reservations may be required; please contact each supplier directly to schedule a date and time. Present your Passport coupon(s) at the box office of each location to receive your discount. You may not receive your discount if you do not have your coupon.All participating offers are subject to change without notice. One passport is valid for one adult and two children.

    Upon arrival in the Banff area, please redeem your voucher(s) at one of the below addresses:
    Banff: Banff/Lake Louise Tourism Information Bureau, 224 Banff Ave. at the Parks Canada Building (open 9 AM to 5 PM)
