Simply go to the arrivals door to meet your driver, who will be holding a sign with your name on it.

Outside the lobby of your hotel
This transfer serves hotels in central Berlin only. Transfers not available December 2425 and December 31January 1. If your hotel is located in the suburbs you may need to pay a surcharge in cash to your driver.
|After booking your transfer, simply follow these 3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation email or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.
Note: You must call the service provider if you miss your flight or change your itinerary; the phone number will appear on your printed voucher. Please do so immediately so that the service provider can reschedule the time of your pick-up.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
After booking or at the latest 24 hours (not counting weekends) in advance of your scheduled flight arrival or hotel departure, German Transfers GmbH will email you to confirm transfer details, such as pick-up location and time and the driverís number. For hotel-to-airport transfers, your hotelís reception desk will also contact you (within the same time window) to confirm your hotel pick-up time. You may also contact German Transfers GmbH for assistance; contact information is provided on your printed voucher.
After collecting your luggage on arrival, proceed to the arrivals door to meet your driver, who will be holding a sign with your name on it. Please present your voucher(s) to the driver. Transfers not available December 24-25 and December 31-January 1.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel. Roundtrip transfer services cannot be changed or cancelled after the arrival transfer is provided.
