Redemption instructions

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers and photo IDs with you; you must redeem one voucher per vehicle.

How to exchange your voucher(s):
Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact Knight's Airport Limousine Service at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled flight arrival and/or hotel departure to confirm pick-up location and time, and request an SUV (if applicable). To request wheelchair-accessible vehicles, please call Knight's Airport Limousine Service at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled flight arrival and/or hotel departure. Contact information is provided on your printed voucher. If you miss your flight or change your itinerary you must immediately contact Knight's Airport Limousine Service to reschedule your transfer.

Airport pick-up: Upon arrival, please collect your luggage, and proceed through customs. Your driver waits in the Limo Zone, located outside the baggage claim area in the arrivals hall, with a sign displaying your name.

Hotel pick-up: Pre-arranged with confirmation call.

Please present voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver upon pick-up. If you have trouble locating your driver, please contact Knight's Airport Limousine Service (number printed on voucher).

Terms and conditions

Rate is per vehicle and valid for private transfers between Boston Airport and your Boston hotel only. Each car accommodates up to 3 passengers (comfortably with luggage) and each SUV up to 5 passengers.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your departure date of the originating flight or your hotel check-in date.
