|After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers and photo IDs with you; you must redeem 1 voucher per person.
How to Redeem Your Voucher:
Confirm your reservation. Please contact Gray Line Branson at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled flight arrival and/or hotel departure to confirm pick-up location and time. You can find contact details on your printed voucher. If you miss your flight or change your itinerary you must immediately contact Gray Line Branson to reschedule your transfer.
Airport pick-up: Upon arrival, please collect your luggage and proceed through customs. Your driver waits outside of baggage claim at Branson Airport.
Hotel pick-up: Your driver meets you in the lobby of your hotel.
Please present voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver/guide/greeter upon pick-up. If you have trouble locating your driver, please contact Gray Line Branson.

This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date or your departure date of the originating flight.
