After booking your transfer—3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.
Note: It is your responsibility to inform A&M SPRL if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that A&M SPRL can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
Important: Once you have finished booking online, you must contact A&M SPRL at am@limousine.be to confirm your flight details and hotel information. Your transfer cannot be provided without this information.
Upon arrival at Brussels Airport, proceed to the Arrivals Hall. Walk straight ahead to the Relay bookshop where your driver will be holding a sign with your name on it. Please present your voucher(s) to the driver.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel. |
