Listed rates are valid for transportation to hotels in Budapest only. This service does not operate on December 25. Each shuttle carries a maximum of 8 passengers.
|After booking your transfer, follow these 3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.
Note: It is your responsibility to inform the ground transportation operator if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that the ground transportation operator can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.

Airport to hotel shuttle
After collecting your luggage on arrival at Budapest Airport, please proceed to the MEETING POINT column in the Arrivals hall to meet the Budapest Express representative, who will be holding a sign with your name on it. Please present your voucher(s) to the Budapest Express representative, who will escort you to the shuttle.
Hotel to airport shuttle
Your driver will have given you an exact pick-up time on your journey from the airport to the hotel. In this case, you do NOT need to call to reconfirm. If you do not have a pick-up time already scheduled, please call Budapest Express at least 24 hours prior to the time you wish to leave the hotel to arrange a pick-up time; the customer service and reservation numbers appear on your printed voucher(s).

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
