For U.S. residents/citizens: Residents or citizens of the United States do not need a passport or visa to enter Canada. However, you should carry photo ID and proof of your citizenship, such as a birth certificate, certificate of citizenship, or naturalization certificate. If you are a naturalized US citizen, you should bring your naturalization certificate. American visitors returning to the United States will be inspected at the border by US government officials. You will be asked to verify your citizenship and go through customs procedures. Visitors younger than 18, who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian, should bring a notorized letter from a parent or guardian granting permission to travel into Canada. Or, if only one parent is traveling with the child, they must possess a letter from the other parent giving permission with a notorized letter.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure, and remember to bring a picture ID, passport, or birth certificate. Children younger than 5 participate for free. All tolls, parking fees, taxes, and admissions to listed tours are included. Please be advised that the time can vary seasonally. This tour is not available on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.

1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
How to redeem your voucher:
Please call Gray Line Niagara Falls at least 24 hours before the tour date to schedule the time of your tour as well as the pick-up location and time. The customer service number and reservation hours will appear on your voucher. U.S. residents/citizens: Please remember to bring your picture ID, passport, or birth certificate. If required, a Canadian visa is needed. Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Please present your voucher(s) to the driver of the vehicle. The voucher(s) will serve as your ticket for the Canadian Rainbow Tour. Note: The Maid of the Mist Boat Ride is seasonally available from May-October. During the off-season (Oct.-May), Reif Winery is offered in place of the Maid of the Mist.
