Port Douglas: 7 AM; pick-up is available from select hotels

Port Douglas: 5:45 PM; drop-off is available to select hotels
Cairns: 5:15 PM; drop-off is available to select hotels

Note:
An AUS$2 per person fuel levy will be applicable for all tours. You will be required to pay this fuel levy directly to Down Under Tours Australia on the day of your tour. Hotel pick-up is available from Port Douglas; please select this option when booking if you require transportation from that area.

Redemption instructions
After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation is required. You will not be guaranteed a place on this tour without contacting Down Under Tours Australia at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival. You can schedule pick-up from your Cairns or Port Douglas hotel at this time. If your hotel is not on the pick-up route, you will be directed to the Freshwater Station. Please present your voucher(s) and photo identification when requested. Transfers are not available in Yorkeys Knob, Holloways Beach and Machans Beach.
Terms and conditions
An AUS$2 per person fuel levy will be applicable for all tours. You will be required to pay this fuel levy directly to Down Under Tours Australia on the day of your tour. You will be issued a receipt confirming payment. Hotel pick-up is available from Port Douglas; please select this option when booking if you require transportation from that area.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
