After clearing the Immigrations and Customs areas at the Cancún International Airport, you will find a uniformed Best Day Travel staff member waiting for you outside the terminal to assist you with your airport-to-hotel transportation. In addition, your representative will give you a pack with your return voucher; his or her name and contact information; and the date, time, and location of your transportation back to the airport on your departure date.
Please note that before you are greeted by a Best Day Travel staff member, you may encounter representatives from other companies. You can easily identify the Best Day Travel staff by uniforms displaying the Best Day Travel logo.

1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; for each tour, you must redeem one voucher per person.
Note: Your reservation is not confirmed. Please contact Best Day Travel once you have booked your transfer to provide your flight and hotel information so your transfer can be scheduled. Failure to do so may lead to delays at the airport when you arrive. It is the traveler(s)’s responsibility to inform the ground transportation operator if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. How to redeem your voucher(s):

Please be aware that you may encounter representatives from other companies (indistinguishable from airport staff) who may try to persuade you to take another form of transportation. You are encouraged to exit the terminal and locate the uniformed Best Day Travel representative who will be wearing a white shirt or blouse with navy blue sleeves, a red stripe across the shoulders, and the Best Day Travel logo on the front and back; along with navy blue slacks or skirt.
Once you are met by a uniformed Best Day Travel representative at the airport, present your printed voucher in exchange for service. You will be promptly taken to your transportation. You will receive an invitation to meet with the Best Day Travel representative at your hotel, who will provide departure time and pick-up details for your return transfer, if applicable.
