Xcaret, the ancient Maya word for "little inlet," was one of the culture's most important ports and a revered ceremonial center. Immerse yourself in the tradition and natural beauty of this spectacular eco-archaeological park by exploring attractions like an underground river, a coral reef aquarium, and a mushroom farm. Or take a hike through the tropical jungle, enjoy an equestrian show, and admire the beautiful tropical birds in the apiary.

Redemption instructions
After booking your activities or services—3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; for each tour, you must redeem one voucher per person.

How to redeem your voucher(s):
After arriving to the Cancun airport and clearing immigrations and customs you will find a Best Day Travel desk on the left hand side of the corridor that takes you to the outside of the terminal. There, you will be assisted to find your transportation to your hotel and receive a presentation pack with the name of the Best Day Representative, date, time, and location of how to contact him, he will provide you a transfer voucher with the appointed time and place to be for the transportation back to the airport on your departure date.

Please be aware that before the corridor where is located the Best Day Travel desk, you will find several representatives from other companies including time share sellers, make sure you reach the Best Day desk easily identified by our logo.

Terms and conditions
Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
