Please allow 2 hours to get from the Best Western Jaco Beach or the Fiesta Resort & Casino from the San Jose International Airport. Please allow 3 hours to get from the Hotel Villa Caletas, the La Mariposa, or the Rancho Casa Grande at Foresta Resorts from the San Jose International Airport. Please allow 4 hours to get from the Hotel Poseidon from the San Jose International Airport.

|After booking your activities or services—3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; for each activity, you must redeem one voucher per person.
Note: It is your responsibility to inform the ground transportation operator if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that the ground transportation operator can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.
Airport to hotel: Upon arrival in San Jose, please collect your luggage and then identify yourself to the Vacaciones Barceló representative waiting for you just outside of the baggage claim area. Present your voucher(s) and photo identification.
Hotel to airport: You must contact Vacaciones Barceló at least 24 hours prior to your departure to confirm your hotel and flight information; the customer service number will be listed on your voucher(s). Please note that airport regulations require all passengers to be at the airport a minimum of 2 hours prior to their flight departure. Upon arrival at the airport please ensure that you have all your documents ready for check-in.
