Hours of operation:
Shuttles are available for flights arriving at O'Hare Airport between 6:30 AM and 9 PM. You must have all luggage and be ready to leave 30 minutes before the last shuttle at 11 PM.

Airport pick-up location:
Baggage claim at doors 1E, 2D, 3E, and 5E

Wheelchair accessibility:
Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available. Please call Continental Airtransport as far in advance of your arrival as possible to make arrangements.

Children 6 and younger ride free. Driver gratuity is not included.

Redemption instructions

After you book your transfer, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Note: It is your responsibility to inform Continental Airport Express if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that Continental Airport Express can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.

Exchange your voucher for transfer:
Upon arrival, collect your luggage and proceed to the Airport Express counter inside doors 1E, 2D, and 3E. At 5E, the international area, please go to the kiosk outside the terminal. Present voucher(s) to Airport Express representative in exchange for transfer service.
Terms and conditions

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
