Departure time and location:
11 AM–7 PM; regularly scheduled departures begin at 11 AM from South Dock of Navy Pier; actual times vary seasonally. Runs on the hour or half-hour depending on daily demand.
Return time and location:
Returns to South Dock of Navy Pier, 30 minutes after departure
Children age 3 and younger participate free of charge. The vessel is handicap accessible. Smoking is prohibited aboard Seadog vessels. Vessels are open-air speedboats; if conditions are windy and the lake is choppy, there is a good chance you will get wet.
|After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Exchange your voucher for activity:
Tours depart multiple times daily. Please present your voucher(s) at the Seadog Ticket Booth, located on the South Dock of Navy Pier, in exchange for a ticket. You will need to schedule a tour time upon exchanging your voucher(s). You may email Entertainment Cruises to confirm your cruise reservation 48 hours after booking; at minimum, you must confirm 7 business days in advance of your cruise date. Contact information is provided on your printed voucher. On the day of your cruise, please check in at the ticket booth at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Upon check-in, present your printed voucher(s) and photo ID in exchange for service.

The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.|
