Details
Meaning "fence, trench, or wall," Tulum is so named because of the wall surrounding it. This popular Mayan site attracts more than 2 million visitors every year—and for good reason; it's simply spectacular. Xel-Ha (“the place where the water is born”) is a natural wonder of labyrinths, waterways, jungle paths, crystal-clear lagoons, cenotes (fresh water sinkholes or natural wells), and a river flowing through a mangrove forest.

5:30 PM; to the main ferry dock in downtown Cozumel

Note:
Cost of tour does not include ferry admission; participants will need to pay for ferry tickets separately. Please bring sunscreen, a towel, swimwear, a hat, and your camera. Transfer from your hotel to the main ferry dock in downtown Cozumel is not included. The meal plan, gives you access to unlimited meals, beverages, and domestic drinks from any of the four restaurants in Xel-Ha Park.
Redemption instructions
After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

How to redeem your voucher(s):
Please contact Fiesta Holidays 24 hours prior to the date you wish to take the Tulum and Xel-Ha Excursion to confirm the tour departure time. The customer service phone number will be listed on your printed voucher(s). Please arrive at the main ferry dock in downtown Cozumel at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled tour time of 7 AM. Present your voucher(s) and photo identification to the Fiesta Holidays representative—who will be wearing a yellow shirt—upon arrival at the main ferry dock in downtown Cozumel. Tour does not operate on Christmas Day.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
