  • Note:
    Children are age 11 and younger.Please choose your transfer according to the Zone your hotel is in. Gratuity is not included and is at your discretion. Maximum baggage allowance is 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on per person. Additional and/or oversize baggage items (such as dive gear, surf boards, bicycles, etc.) are subject to surcharges.

    Redemption instructions

    After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
    1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
    2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
    3. Take all vouchers and photo ID with you; you must redeem one voucher per vehicle.

    How to exchange your voucher(s):
    Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact Tour Mangers Fiji at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled flight arrival and/or hotel departure to confirm pick-up location and time; contact information is provided on your printed voucher. If you miss your flight or change your itinerary you must immediately contact Tour Mangers Fiji to reschedule your transfer.

    Airport pick-up: Upon arrival, please collect your luggage, proceed through customs, and go to the Tour Managers Fiji Office # 21 located outside customs; a Tour Managers Fiji representative will assist you with your transfer.

    Hotel pick-up: Your driver meets you in the lobby of your hotel.

    Please present voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver/Tour Managers Fiji representative upon pick-up/in exchange for service. If you have trouble locating your driver/ the Tour Mangers Fiji representative, please contact Tour Mangers Fiji (number printed on voucher).

    Terms and conditions

    Rate is per vehicle and valid for private transfers between Nadi Airport and your Fiji hotel only. If your hotel falls outside the listed zones, you may need to pay an additional charge directly to the driver at the time of service. Transfers between Nadi Airport and select hotels (listed in Details) require a minimum of 2 passengers to operate. Each car accommodates up to either 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, and each minivan up to 6 passengers. Maximum baggage allowance is 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on per person. Additional and/or oversize baggage items (such as dive gear, surf boards, bicycles, etc.) are subject to surcharges.

    Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date or your departure date of the originating flight.
