12:30 PM; same as the departure location

Note:
During Friday tours, The church of Santa Maria Novella will be replaced with a visit to the church of Santa Trinita, and Sunday tours with a visit to the museum of Santa Maria Novella. Commentary is available in English, French, Spanish, German, and Italian. You must telephone Caf Incoming at least 24 hours before your tour date to confirm your language is offered. Children under age 9 participate free of charge.

2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

How to exchange your voucher(s)
Reservations are required. You must call Caf Incoming Tours at the number listed on your voucher at least 24 hours prior to your arrival in Florence to reconfirm your reservations, as well as languages offered. Upon meeting the tour, please present your voucher to your tour guide.
Terms and conditions
Commentary in some languages is subject to demand. When confirming your reservation with CAF Tours, please check which languages will be available.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
