The tour schedule includes free time in Pisa should you wish to visit interior of the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Baptistery. Admission to these sights is not included in the listed price. Commentary is available in English, French, Spanish, German, and Italian. You must telephone Caf Incoming at least 24 hours before your tour date to confirm your language is offered. Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance of tour start time. Participation is complimentary for children under age 2.

After booking your activities or services—3 easy steps
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

How to exchange your voucher(s)
Reservations are required. You must call Caf Incoming Tours at the number listed on your voucher(s) at least 24 hours prior to your arrival in Florence to reconfirm your reservations, as well as languages offered. Please meet your tour guide at Terminal Piazza Stazione 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow for the punctual departure of your tour. Upon meeting the tour, please present your voucher(s) to your tour guide.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
