Listed rate is valid for transportation from hotels in central Florence only. If you are travelling from hotels in the surrounding area you will incur an extra charge that must be paid in cash directly to your driver.
Day rates differ from Night rates. Day rates are valid 7 AM-8 PM; Night rates are valid 8 PM-7 AM. Day rates and Night rates are based on what time you are scheduled to meet the driver and not what time your flight departs. For example, if your flight leaves at 7 AM, you must select the Night rate, since your driver will pick you up 2 hours prior to 7 AM.
Prices are valid for one to three passengers. If you are traveling with more than three people, you may choose to select more than one car.
|After booking your transfer—3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.
Note: It is your responsibility to inform Barocchi if you change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that Barocchi can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
You must telephone Barocchi at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure date to confirm your pick-up time. A Barocchi driver will meet you in the lobby of your hotel two hours before your scheduled flight departure.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
