Start this exciting day with a 15-minute ferry ride to The Dolphin Experience, a 9-acre natural lagoon. Sit with your feet in the water as the dolphins swim around, or step into the shallow water and touch the sleek dolphins. The observation deck offers a great place to take pictures while marine specialists answer questions and offer interesting facts about these magnificent creatures. This program—both highly educational and fun—is a great way to gain experience with these animals as well as get excellent photo opportunities.

Note:
Reservations are required. You will not be guaranteed a place in this program without calling ahead of time. Children younger than 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children younger than 4 are admitted free providing that a reservation is made in advance. Please note that this is not a dolphin swim session. Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to tour departure at the Underwater Explorers Society guest service counter in Port Lucaya, located adjacent to the Port Lucaya Marketplace.

Redemption instructions
After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservations are required. You will not be guaranteed a place in this program without calling or emailing ahead of time. Please contact the Underwater Explorers Society's reservations and sales office at least 7 days in advance of your arrival to schedule a tour date and departure time. The phone number and email address will appear on your printed voucher(s). Present voucher(s) and photo identification to the staff member upon check-in at the Underwater Explorers Society guest service counter in Port Lucaya. Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to tour departure. The Underwater Explorers Society guest service counter in Port Lucaya is located adjacent to the Port Lucaya Marketplace. Please bring your voucher(s) as it is your only proof of payment.
Terms and conditions
Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
