The story of Haleo—the Voice of Life—celebrates the history of the Keauhou ahupua'a (subdivision of land) and the heart of those who came from this area. From the birth of Kamehameha III to the surfing stories of He'eia Bay, the dancers and musicians of Island Breeze take you on a spectacular journey through a special time in Hawaiian history. Learn about the Kuamo'o Battle and how King Kamehameha III bridged the gap between ancient treasures and traditions while bringing his people into a new era.

Experience a colorful and entertaining journey through history. Hear stories about how Polynesians enriched Hawaii's culture through their language, culture, music, and dance.

Enjoy the opportunity to meet the dancers before the show, "talk story," and learn more about Hawaiian language and culture. Dine on delicious Hawaiian dishes while listening to live music. And, just as the sun is setting over Keauhou Bay, "Haleo" begins.
