Not only a feast, the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Luau offers visitors a chance to experience the music, art, and dance of Polynesia. Torches are lit on the hotel's historic grounds, and an ancient chant welcomes all to witness the opening of the imu, the underground pit where a whole pig has been cooking all day. Along with the kalua pork, the feast includes traditional Hawaiian dishes and familiar favorites like salads and tempting desserts. Following dinner, you'll journey to Tahiti, New Zealand, Hawaii, and Samoa through the songs and dances of the Pacific cultures. A highlight is the spellbinding Samoan fire dance.|
