Note:
The Helsinki Card is valid for one, two, or three consecutive days. The one-day card is valid for 24 hours; the two-day card is valid for 48 hours; and the three-day card is valid for 72 hours. The Helsinki Card is valid from the first time you use it. The card entitles you to one entry per attraction. Children's card can be purchased for children aged between 7 and 16; children under 7 years are admitted for free to most attractions and travel for free on public transport. Most museums are closed on bank holidays, including Easter and Christmas.

Redemption instructions
After booking your tour—3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

How to exchange your voucher(s):
Upon arrival in Helsinki, please present your signed voucher(s) at the redemption location address listed on your voucher. Voucher(s) will then be exchanged for your Helsinki Card (1, 2 or 3 days). Please call Helsinki Expert in advance to reserve a place for the free Audio City Tour; the customer service number will appear on your voucher.
Terms and conditions
Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
