This tour takes you first to the Cai Be floating market. Every day, 400 to 500 boats piled with tropical fruits, vegetables, and other products glide onto the river to congregate where merchants can sell their goods. Countless long vertical poles bob and sway, dangling samples of vendors’ products so that buyers may browse at a distance. Float through, and marvel at all of the diverse merchandise and the exotic produce in all sorts of colors, shapes, and sizes.

Back on land, you'll watch traditional methods of making rice-paper by hand. Satisfy your sweet tooth nearby, where they pop rice to make delicious Vietnamese crispy-rice squares.

Reboard your boat and spend time drifting through the lush vegetation of the Mekong Delta. Pass by an old village and witness the peaceful lifestyle of the locals. On your way back to Saigon, stop by the popular Vinh Long market for a few mementos of this beautiful region. Then, meander through the well cared for bonsai garden.
