Meet your chef at the Vietnam Cookery Center and from a variety of choices, pick the particular recipes you want to try. Head off to a local market to learn about and gather the fresh ingredients used to prepare your personalized menu. Back at the Cookery Center, follow along with the chef and discover how to create the delicate and refreshing flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. Then sit down with your fellow classmates and sample the array of dishes prepared during the course. Photos taken during the class, a small gift, and a certificate signed by the chef—in addition, of course, to the new recipes for wowing friends and family back home—are yours to keep, in memory of an entertaining day of food and culture.

Note:
This tour is not recommended for children younger than age 12. Please note that this class only operates with a minimum of two people on Saturdays, four people on Sundays, and one person on weekdays. Individuals wishing to book on the weekends may call ahead to join an existing group when available.

Redemption instructions
After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact Discover Mekong at least 48 hours prior to your preferred course date to ensure your reservation. Please arrive at the redemption location listed on your voucher at least 15 minutes prior to the course start time. Upon arrival, present your voucher(s) and photo ID in exchange for service.
Terms and conditions
Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
