For transfers between 11 PM and 6 AM, a 50% surcharge applies, payable on site. A surcharge will apply (payable on site) for pick-up or drop-off outside of the city.
|After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers and photo ID with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact Tour & Incentive Travel at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled flight arrival or hotel departure to confirm pick-up location and time; contact information is on your printed voucher. If you miss your flight or change your itinerary you must immediately contact Tour & Incentive Travel to reschedule your transfer.
Airport pick-up: Meet your driver in the arrivals hall at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.
Hotel pick-up: Meet your driver in the lobby of your Port Klang hotel.
Please present voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver upon pick-up. If you have trouble locating your driver, please contact Tour & Incentive Travel (number printed on voucher).

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 72 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel. No refund is given for no shows.
