Redemption instructions

Know Before You Go:
  • If you miss your flight or change your itinerary, you must immediately contact Bell Trans to reschedule your transfer.
  • If you trouble locating your driver, please call the number on this voucher.
  • Please keep printed your vouchers with you. If you donít have printed vouchers, please go to door #52 in Terminal 3 to get your voucher.
  • Please go to door #9 in Terminal 1 or door #55 in Terminal 3 to board your shuttle. Printed vouchers are required to board shuttle.
Airport Pick-Up: Upon arrival, please collect your luggage and proceed through customs and check-in at the Bell Transportation booth in Terminal 3 at door 52 or 56.

Exchange Your Voucher(s) for Transfer:
Please present voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver upon pick-up.

Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact Bell Trans at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled flight arrival or hotel departure to confirm pick-up location and time; contact information is provided on your printed voucher.

Terms and conditions

Rate is per person and valid for shared transfers between McCarron International Airport and your Las Vegas hotel in Downtown or the Strip only. If your hotel falls outside the listed zones, you may need to pay an additional charge directly to the driver at the time of service.

Cancellations and Changes: This transfer can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 5 days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date or your flight departure date/pick-up time. Roundtrip transfer services cannot be changed or cancelled after the arrival transfer is provided.
