Departure time and location:
A shuttle departs from the lower level Star Lane Shops at MGM Grand Hotel and Casino at 9:15 AM, 11:15 AM, and 2 PM.
A shuttle departs from Miracle Mile Shops Customer Service Desk at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino at 11 AM.
A shuttle departs from the Fashion Show/Prestige Ticketing desk at 11 AM.
Return time and location:
The shuttle returns to the MGM Grand at 1 PM, 3 PM, and 6 PM. The shuttle also returns to the Miracle Mile Shops at 3PM.
The shuttle returns to the Fashion Show/Prestige Ticketing desk at 3 PM.
Note:
Passengers may choose to return on a later shuttle, based on seat availability.

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
How to redeem your voucher(s):
On the day you wish to take this tour, please present your printed voucher(s) at the Fashion Outlets Shuttle Desk at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, West Wing near the West Wing Boutique and the Red Doors; or Miracle Mile Shops, Customer Service, across from the parking garage. You will receive a seat on the next available shuttle. |
