Redemption instructions
After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservations are required. After booking online and printing your voucher(s), you must contact Papillon Grand Canyon Tours least 24 hours prior to your selected tour date to confirm receipt of your online reservation and schedule a hotel pick-up. This final step is required to confirm your space on this tour. You will not be guaranteed a place on this tour without contacting Papillon Grand Canyon Tours. The customer service phone number appears on your printed voucher(s). On the day of your tour, please be in the lobby of your hotel at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. You will need to have both your printed voucher(s) and photo identification available.
