| Redemption instructions |

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers and photo IDs with you; for each activity, you must redeem one voucher per person.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact Alp-Line/Mont-Blanc Multi-Services at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date to ensure your reservation and arrange airport pick-up and time. Contact information is provided on your printed voucher(s).
Airport pick-up:
Upon arrival at Geneva Airport, an Alp-Line driver or airport representative will meet you in the main public arrivals area in Terminal M (Swiss side of airport). The driver will have a sign with your name on it. The driver will be standing next to the American Express Bureau de Change which is situated to the right-hand side as travelers clear customs and enter the main public arrivals area. This is located beside the Hotels and Reservations desk.
Hotel pick-up: Please contact Alp-Line/Mont-Blanc Multi-Services at least 24 hours prior to your departure date to ensure your reservation and arrange hotel pick-up and time. Contact information is provided on your printed voucher(s). Upon pick-up, present your printed voucher(s) and photo ID in exchange for service.

This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 2 days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your departure date of the originating flight.
One-way hotel to airport transfer:
This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 2 days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date.
