The duration of your transfer will vary according to route conditions and your hotel location.
|After booking your transfer—3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.
Note: It is your responsibility to inform EV Tours Full Services if you change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that they can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
You will receive your pick-up time information by fax sent to the hotel on the day prior to your departure. Nevertheless, we request that you call EV Tours Full Services at least 24hrs before your scheduled departure date to confirm your pick-up time. If departure flight is during the weekend, please reconfirm your pick up time on Friday. Please present voucher(s) to the driver upon pick-up.
A FS Group welcome desk is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM should you need further information at Lisbon airport.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
