Airport pick-up location:
Upon arrival please go to the Airport Information Desk in the arrivals hall to meet your driver, who will be holding a sign with your name on it.

Important booking tip:
Please choose between booking a car or minivan. The listed rate for a car is valid for up to three passengers and the listed rate for a minivan is valid for up to six passengers. If your hotel falls outside of the Zone 1 London Underground area you may need to pay an additional charge. If this is the case the service provider will contact you to advise you of the additional charge.

If your flight and hotel details are missing you will receive an email from the service provider requesting these details. It is essential that you complete the missing information. You must call the service provider if your flight is delayed or you can not find the driver.

Redemption instructions

After booking your transfer, simply follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation email or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

Note: You must call the service provider if you miss your flight or change your itinerary; the phone number will appear on your printed voucher. Please do so immediately so that the service provider can reschedule the time of your pick-up.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
