Upon arrival, please go to the arrivals hall to meet your driver, who will be holding a sign with your name on it. The return will be from the lobby of your hotel.
If your train arrival time and hotel details are missing you will receive an email from the service provider requesting these details. It is essential that you complete the missing information. You must call the service provider if your train is delayed or you can not find the driver.
|After booking your transfer, simply follow these 3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation email or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.
Note: You must call the service provider if you miss your train or change your itinerary; the phone number will appear on your printed voucher. Please do so immediately so that the service provider can reschedule the time of your pick-up.

Please note: If your hotel falls outside of the Zone 1 London Underground area you may need to pay an additional charge. If this is the case the service provider will contact you to advise you of the additional charge.
If your return transfer date is on December 25 or 26, or January 1, there will be a supplement applied for these dates due to the UK holiday period. Once booked, City Transfers UK Ltd will contact you to advise of the exact supplement amount, likely to be a 50% addition to your return journey cost.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date or your departure date of the originating flight. Roundtrip transfer services cannot be changed or cancelled after the arrival transfer is provided.
