After booking your transfer, simply follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation email or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

How to exchange your voucher(s):
If your train departure time and hotel details are missing you will receive an email from the service provider requesting these details. It is essential that you complete the missing information.

Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact the service provider at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to arrange pick-up time and location. The service provider’s telephone number will appear on your printed voucher(s).

Terms and conditions

Luggage is restricted to one piece per person; you will be charged extra for additional luggage. Please contact the service provider in advance if you require a child seat; the phone number will appear on your printed voucher.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip.
