The chauffeur will have all your pre-booked details and will greet you at the terminal car drop-off point. You will be given a numbered receipt and return instructions before your car is driven to the secure compound. Upon your return, simply follow the instructions given to you. As you exit the terminal building, your car will be brought to you within minutes.

Please note that the chauffeur will wait up to 15 minutes after the arranged meeting time and will only wait longer if you have phoned ahead and indicated that you are running late.

The chauffeur will be wearing a black jacket with a Purple parking logo and will meet you at one of the following locations:

Terminal 1
Follow the signs to Terminal 1 Departures. Drive up the ramp to Departures and keep to your left. The left lane will bring you to the lower level, where the chauffeur will be waiting to collect your vehicle.

Terminal 3
Follow the signs to Terminal 3 Departures. The chauffeur will be waiting in the third or fourth lane from the terminal.

Terminal 4
Follow the signs to Terminal 4 Departures. Drive up the ramp and keep to your right. The chauffeur will be waiting in the second lane from the terminal.

Terminal 5
Follow the signs to Terminal 5 Departures. Drive up the ramp and bear right at the sign for Short Stay and Passenger Pick-Up. Drive under the height restriction arm, then keep left and follow the signs for Fast Track. At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be no amount to pay). Once inside, follow the arrows on the road to ROW L, where the chauffeur will be waiting.

Note:
This service is not available before 5 AM. You must telephone Purple Parking at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time to confirm your vehicle details and desired meet time. The car park will not accept a car where there is no record of the vehicle.Your chauffeur will wait for 15 minutes past your designated meeting time. If you are delayed, you must telephone (0845) 850 5859 to alert your driver to wait longer. Each day purchased is valid from midnight to midnight, or parts thereof. If your trip is extended beyond the number of parking days purchased you will be subject to additional day charges. Additional charges must be paid directly to the car park at the time of exit. No refunds are available if you return prior to your booked return date. The car park will only accept liability for damage to a customer's vehicle if it can be clearly proved to have been caused by their negligence. The car park will not drive your car if your car tax has expired.

Redemption instructions

After booking your transfer—3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

Note: It is your responsibility to inform Purple Parking if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that Purple Parking can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.

How to exchange your voucher(s):
You must telephone Purple Parking at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time to confirm your vehicle details. Upon arrival at your terminal's meeting point, you will be met by a Purple Parking chauffeur. Please present your voucher(s) to the chauffeur.

This voucher is valid for redemption only by the person(s) named above. It is not transferable, has no cash value, and may be redeemed only once. It may not be redeemed outside the valid dates shown above. Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
