This service is only available to international travelers. Effective March 1, 2011, children will no longer be allowed into Servisair's network of lounges. Only children over the age of 12 years or children invited by an airline on business class will be allowed access.
|After booking your activities or services—3 easy steps|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.
How to exchange your voucher(s)
Please bring your voucher(s) to the Servisair Executive Lounge if your flight is departing from London Gatwick Airport's South Terminal. If your flight is departing from Gatwick's North Terminal, please bring your voucher(s) to the Aviance Lounge. Present your voucher(s) to staff along with photo identification.
South Terminal Lounge: After clearing passport control in the South Terminal, follow signs to the airline lounges. The Servisair Executive Lounge is located on the first floor.
North Terminal Lounge: After clearing passport control in the North Terminal, follow the signs for the Lounge Pavilion. The Aviance Executive Suite is located in the Pavilion.

|Voucher(s) may be redeemed at any time between the day before and the day after the date given at the top of the voucher(s).|
You may arrive at the lounge up to 3 hours before the scheduled departure of your flight. The lounge is located after Passport Control and is not suitable for passengers taking domestic flights. Your vouchers(s) are valid for one visit to the lounge. Phones, fax machines, and Internet access are available for an extra charge payable by credit or debit card or using coin–operated boxes. Children aged 12 or younger are not permitted. Servisair will not accept bookings for groups of more than seven people or for groups travelling for a hen or a stag party. Smart, casual attire is permitted, although baseball caps, shorts, and football shirts are not allowed. Staff reserve the right to refuse admission. The lounge is closed on Christmas Day. Smoking is not allowed, except in designated areas of the lounge.
Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
