How to exchange your voucher(s)
On the day of your visit, please bring your printed voucher(s) to the redemption location listed on your voucher(s). The nearest Underground stations are Waterloo on the Northern, Jubilee, and Bakerloo Lines, and Westminster on the District, Circle, and Jubilee Lines. Please present your voucher(s) at the priority or standard (depending on the admission booked) access entrance. The voucher(s) cannot be shown on a mobile device to gain entry.
