If you miss your flight or change your itinerary, you must immediately contact EV Tours to reschedule your transfer.
After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps: 1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site. 2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart. 3. Take all vouchers and photo ID with you; you must redeem one voucher per vehicle.
How to exchange your voucher(s): For all customers not buying hotel and flight on the same transaction: Please contact EV Tours as soon as possible or at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled flight arrival and/or hotel departure to provide them with your flight and hotel details and confirm pick-up time. Contact information is provided on your printed voucher.
Airport pick-up: Upon arrival, please collect your luggage and proceed through customs. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall immediately after the customs exit with a sign displaying your name.
Hotel pick-up: Your driver meets you in the lobby of your hotel.
Please present voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver upon pick-up. If you have trouble locating your driver, please contact EV Tours Full Services (number printed on voucher).
Terms and conditions
Rate is per vehicle and valid for private transfers between Madeira Airport and your Madeira hotel only. Each car accommodates up to 3 passengers and each minivan up to 8 passengers.
Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date or your flight departure date.
