The Madrid Tourist Travel Pass is valid for two, three, or five consecutive days. Choose a Zone A pass if you plan to travel in the metropolitan area. Or, opt for a Zone T pass, which includes transport around the Madrid region, including connections to Toledo, Guadalajara, and El Escorial.

Inclusions :
Zone A Pass includes unlimited use of:
  • Metro lines in central Madrid
  • EMT buses in Madrid city
  • RENFE Suburban trains within the zone
Zone T Pass includes unlimited use of:
  • All Metro lines
  • All EMT buses
  • All inter-urban buses in the wider Madrid region
  • All RENFE Suburban Train lines
Extras:
  • A useful guide book, in English, French, and German
  • A handy city map of Madrid indicating bus lines, underground lines, and suburban train lines

Note:
Children under the age of 5 travel for free. The Madrid Tourist Travel Pass is available for two, three, or five consecutive days only. The Tourist Travel Pass becomes valid on first use and expires at 5 AM the day after the expiration date.

Redemption instructions

After booking your activities or services—3 easy steps
1. Print
your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

How to exchange your voucher(s)
You may exchange your voucher for a Tourist Travel Pass at one of the following locations.Important: You will be asked to provide photo identification.

  • Madrid Barajas Airport, at the Centro de Atención al Viajero de Metro, situated next to the entrance of Barajas underground station in Terminal 2. Open daily; 7 AM-10 PM
  • Madrid Tourist Board, Plaza Mayor 27. Open Daily; 9:30 AM-20:30 PM

    Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
