The service provider's full contact details will appear on your printed voucher(s). When calling the office, please ask for the tours department. On the day of your scheduled tour, please be ready 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled pick-up time. You will show your voucher(s) and photo ID to your driver.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip.
