The listed rate is valid for 1 – 3 passengers. You only need to book 1 car per 3 passengers. Additional cars will need to be booked if you are traveling with more than 3 passengers. In groups of more than 3 people, you must present a corresponding number of vouchers upon arrival to your destination. 1 voucher is valid for up to 3 passengers/1 vehicle.
|After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers and photo ID with you; you must redeem one voucher per vehicle.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact First Impression Limousine Service at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled flight arrival and/or hotel departure to confirm pick-up location and time; contact information is on your printed voucher. If you miss your flight or change your itinerary you must immediately contact First Impression Limousine Service to reschedule your transfer.
Airport pick-up: Upon arrival, please collect your luggage and proceed through customs. Your driver waits in the baggage claim at the Nashville International Airport with a sign displaying your name.
Hotel pick-up: Your driver meets you in the lobby of your hotel.
Please present voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver/guide/greeter upon pick-up. If you have trouble locating your driver/guide/greeter, please contact First Impression Limousine Service (number printed on voucher).

|Rate is per vehicle and valid for private transfers between Nashville International Airport and your Nashville hotel/hotels in Zone 1, 2, 3, and 4 only. Each car accommodates up to 3 passengers.|
Cancellations and Changes:
This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date or your departure date of the originating flight.
