Certified scuba divers can explore the walls, reefs, and wrecks of New Providence Island with Stuart Cove's, "the world's most popular dive resort." This two-tank dive begins with a wall dive and is followed by a visit to a shallow reef, a movie location, or a shipwreck.

Begin the day with a dive along one of New Providence Island's stunning undersea walls, some of which drop over 6,000 feet into the Tongue of the Ocean. The dive master will lead the group to approximately 80 feet for about 30 minutes, though the depth is flexible for those with computers or those wishing to stay in shallower water. Each dive site along the wall is unique, and all are well-suited for both beginner and more advanced divers. The day's second dive will take place at a shallow reef, a movie location, or one of 12 shipwrecks. Or the group may explore a sunken 100-foot freighter, the famous James Bond wreck, or the Cessna used in the filming ofJaws.

  • East End/Harbor Club area: 7:30 AM or 11:30 AM
  • Paradise Island hotels: 7:45 AM or 11:45 AM
  • Downtown hotels and cruise ships: 8 AM or 12 noon
  • Cable Beach hotels: 8:15 AM or 12:15 PM
  • Orange Hill/Lyford Cay hotels: 8:20 AM or 12:20 PM

Return time and location:
Morning trip: 12:30 to 1 PM; afternoon trip 4:30 to 5 PM. Customers will be returned to the hotels from which they were picked up.

    Note:
    Valid proof of age is required. If divers do not have recent diving experience (within the last three years), they must first complete a refresher course with an instructor. Must present certification card at check-in.

    Safety regulations:
    In order to scuba dive safely, you must be at least 10 years of age, a certified diver with recent experience, and in moderately good physical health. Children under the age of 18 must participate with a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted on board the vessel. Participants' respiratory and circulatory systems must be in good condition. All body air spaces must be normal and healthy. Individuals with heart problems, colds or congestion, epilepsy, asthma, or individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs should not dive. If you are pregnant or think you may be, please talk with your doctor before participating in this activity. If taking medication, consult your doctor before participating in this program. Stuart Cove's has the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these basic physical requirements. It is also a safety requirement that you do not snorkel or scuba dive the same day that you fly; please plan accordingly.

    • Redemption instructions
    After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
    1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
    2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
    3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

    How to redeem your voucher(s):
    Reservations are required. Please call Stuart Cove's Dive Bahamas once you arrive in Nassau, or a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled activity. The phone number and customer service hours will appear on your voucher(s). At that time, you will need to confirm your reservation and tell the representative what hotel you are staying in so the correct pick-up time can be scheduled. Please bring your voucher(s) on the day of your reservation as it is your only proof of payment. You will need to present your voucher(s) at the check-in counter. Stuart Cove's safety guidelines require divers to have recent diving experience within the last three years. If divers do not have recent experience, they must first complete a refresher course with an instructor for an additional fee.Note: It is a safety requirement that you do not dive on the same day that you fly; please plan your dive accordingly.

    Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
