Join a crowd of thrill-seeking SUB aquanauts for a truly unique underwater experience. Your seahorse-shaped, personal-sized submarine descends 15 feet below the surface to explore a coral reef and swim alongside vibrant fish. No scuba or snorkeling equipment is necessary.

Begin with a brief orientation by a professional SUB guide, who will impart some basic piloting skill, and simple operating and communication procedures. Next, board a comfortable, custom-built, 55-foot support vessel, and head to one of Nassau's famous reefs. During your submarine adventure, a team of professional SUB guides is on duty to supervise and escort the group around a spectacular coal reef, pointing out various marine life along the way. A truly unique opportunity to explore the coral gardens and interact with the tropical fish without cumbersome scuba and snorkeling equipment!

Approx. 3 hours

Available:
Sun., Tues., Wed., Fri., and Sat.: 9 AM and 1 PM

Departure time and location:
  • East End/Harbor Club area: 7:30 AM or 11:30 AM
  • Paradise Island hotels: 7:45 AM or 11:45 AM
  • Downtown hotels and cruise ships: 8 AM or 12 Noon
  • Cable Beach hotels: 8:15 AM or 12:15 PM
  • Orange Hill/Lyford Cay hotels: 8:20 AM or 12:20 PM

Return time and location:
Hotel drop-off service begins at 12:30 PM and 4:30 PM for the morning and afternoon trips, respectively

Note:
Custom videos of the submarine adventure will be available for purchase after the excursion. Wetsuits are available for a nominal rental fee. Additional snacks and beverages are available for purchase. Gratuities are not included.

Participant restrictions:
It is a safety requirement that you do not participate in this activity the same day that you fly; please plan your activity accordingly. You must be in good physical condition and at least 12 years of age to participate in this activity. Children younger than 18 must participate with an accompanying parent or guardian. Children 4 and younger are not permitted aboard the vessel. Pregnant women and individuals with asthma, high blood pressure, or those that have suffered from a stroke are not allowed to participate in this activity. Also, participants should not be taking antidepressant medications or other potential contraindicated medications. Participants should have no problems equalizing their ears.

Redemption instructions
After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Reservations are required. Please call Stuart Cove's SUB Bahamas upon arrival in Nassau, or at least 24 hours prior to the day you wish to participate in the activity; the customer service phone number appears on your printed voucher(s). When calling Stuart Cove's you must confirm your hotel and arrange a pick-up time. On the day of the activity, you must bring your voucher(s) and photo identification.Note: It is a safety requirement that you do not participate in this activity the same day that you fly; please plan your activity accordingly.
Terms and conditions
Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
