The unique feature that provides the name for this photogenic plantation, a double row of 28 oak trees that line a quarter-mile alley, has been featured in numerous films and television shows including:Interview with a Vampire,Primary Colors, and the wedding of Bo and Hope from the daytime soap operaDays of our Lives. Explore the house and the grounds, and take time to admire the majestic Cypress trees in the swamps that border the Mississippi River.

Duration:
Approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes, including transportation time

Available:
Tour schedule varies seasonally. Tour does not operate on Mardi Gras Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Departure time and location:
Noon; from Toulouse Street Dock in the French Quarter

Return time and location:
Approximately 5 PM; to Toulouse Street Dock in the French Quarter

Note:
Reservation confirmation is required. Participation is complimentary for children younger than 2 years of age. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled departure time.

Due to the historic nature of the plantation, access to the second floor (living quarters) is by stairs only. No photography is allowed inside the plantation home. Walking the grounds is an integral part of this experience.

Redemption instructions

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation is required. Please call Gray Line New Orleans as far in advance of your arrival as possible to schedule your desired tour date and time; the customer service phone number appears on your printed voucher(s). At the time of your reservation, Gray Line New Orleans will issue you a confirmation number. Tours do sell out, so it is very important to call as soon as possible. On the day of your tour, bring your printed voucher(s) and confirmation number to the ticket window on the day of your reservation; you will be given passes to the tour at this time. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled departure time.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
