|After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers and photo IDs with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
How to exchange your voucher(s):
Reservation confirmation is required. Please contact GO Airlink Shuttle at least 24 hours in advance of your hotel departure to confirm pick-up location and time; contact information is provided on your printed voucher. If you miss your flight or change your itinerary, you must immediately contact GO Airlink Shuttle to reschedule your transfer.
Airport pick-up: Upon arrival, please collect your luggage, proceed through customs, and go to the Ground Transportation Desk (located within your Arrival terminal). A representative will assist you with your transfer. If there is no representative available, please use the toll-free courtesy phone, and dial 18 to connect with a GO Airlink Shuttle customer service operator for assistance.
Manhattan pick-up location: Pre-arranged with confirmation call.
Please present voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver upon pick-up. If you have trouble locating the driver, please contact GO Airlink Shuttle (number printed on voucher).
Please note: If you have booked a departure reservation (from hotel to airport) or a roundtrip reservation, you will receive an email from Go Airlink to confirm the pickup time from your hotel. This email will come from email@example.com.

|Rate is per person and valid for shared transfers between New York City John F. Kennedy, Newark Liberty, or LaGuardia Airport and your Manhattan hotel, office, or residence only. If your hotel, office, or residence falls outside Manhattan, you may need to pay an additional charge directly to the driver at the time of service. Manhattan-to-airport transfers: GO Airlink Shuttle is not responsible for late airport arrivals. Maximum baggage allowance is 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on per person.|
Cancellations and Changes:
This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 24 hours before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date or your departure date of the originating flight.
