MoMA Highlights
To celebrate the opening of the new Museum of Modern Art building, a revised and updated edition of MoMA Highlights has been published. This museum handbook offers a stunning overview of the museum’s world-famous collection of modern and contemporary art. MoMA Highlights contains museum curators’ selections of the most significant artworks in the collection, presents a broadly chronological overview that takes readers from Post-Impressionism to contemporary art. Over 350 highlights from the museum’s six departments—Painting & Sculpture, Drawings, Prints & Illustrated Books, Photography, Architecture & Design, and Film & Media—are interwoven with full-color pictures and essays. Accessibility information:
Wheelchairs are available for rent free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. MoMA provides FM headsets for sound enhancement, infrared sound amplification for all films and lectures, and sign language interpretation; several public phones are equipped with volume control and TTY. Large-print and Braille exhibition information brochures are also available, as are touch tours for blind and partially sighted visitors. Please call MoMA directly for further information on the above services; some may require advanced notice.

    *On Friday evenings from 4 PM until 8 PM, the museum is free of charge to all visitors. Please anticipate high traffic during these times. Children 16 and younger are admitted free of change when accompanied by a paying adult. Strollers are permitted at all times, but are not permitted on escalators. MoMA Audio program is available in English, Spanish, German, French, Japanese, and Italian. Special audio programs for children and partially sighted visitors are also available (in English only). Cellular phone use is not permitted in the galleries or theaters.

  • Redemption instructions

    After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
    1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
    2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.

You will also be given a coupon for 10% off at Cafe 2 when you exchange your voucher(s)(only valid with purchase ofMoMA Highlights. The Museum of Modern Art is open Wed.-Mon. from 10:30 AM–5:30 PM; Fri. hours are extended until 8 PM. The museum is closed on Tuesday.
