You must contact an Emark Oaxaca representative at least 24 hours prior to your departure to schedule a pick-up time and precise Oaxaca airport location.

Accessibility information:
Reservations for accessible service to and from the airport must be booked in advance by calling Emark Oaxaca at the number listed on your voucher(s). When you call, please indicate to the reservation agent that you have a pre-paid voucher.

Note:
Children 2 and younger ride free. The rates for this service are per vehicle and are valid for 1-6 passengers.

Redemption instructions

After you book your transfer, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Note: It is your responsibility to inform Emark Oaxaca if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so Emark Oaxaca can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer-service phone number listed on the voucher.

Exchange your voucher for transfer:
You must call Emark Oaxaca 24 hours prior to your return to the airport to schedule a pick-up time. Please be ready 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Present your voucher(s) to the driver upon pick-up.
Terms and conditions

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
