Wheelchairs that can be folded and stored in the trunk of the sedan do not require advanced notice. However, the sedan cannot accommodate larger, motorized wheelchairs that require special lifts.
The listed rate is valid for one sedan, transporting one to three passengers. If you are traveling with more than three passengers, you will need to book the appropriate number of sedans.
When booking you will need:
- Full name
- Voucher number/booking code
- Best number to reach you (i.e. mobile phone)
- Email address
- Airline and flight number
- Arrival time/date
- Hotel name/drop-off address
|After booking your activities or services—3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.You must call VIPRide.com within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation.
3. Take all vouchers with you; for each transfer, you must redeem one voucher per car.
Note: It is your responsibility to inform the ground transportation operator if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that the ground transportation operator can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.
How to redeem your voucher(s):
You must call VIPRide.com within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. The number will be printed on your voucher.
Fordomestic flight arrivals from the Baltimore Washington International Airport please proceed to the baggage claim where your driver will meet you with a VIPRide.com sign with your name on it and the appropriate carousel number. Forinternational arrivals your driver will greet you outside of customs holding a sign with your name on it. Present your voucher(s) to the driver at this time; service will not be rendered if voucher(s) are not presented. If you cannot locate the chauffer, please call the VIPRide customer service number listed on your voucher(s). Driver gratuity is included.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
