The listed rate is valid for one to four passengers. Infant seats are the traveler's responsibility. Luggage must be limited to three (3) large bags and three (3) small carry on when traveling with 4 passengers. Should excess luggage occur, passenger may be put in an exclusive SuperShuttle van, and additional fees may apply. Infant seats are the travelerís responsibility. Please call ExecuCar at the number listed on your voucher at least 24 hours prior to your departure to schedule a pick-up time and to confirm your flight and hotel information.
|After you book your transfer, follow these 3 easy steps:|
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Note: It is your responsibility to inform the ground transportation operator if you miss your flight or change your itinerary. Please do so immediately so that the ground transportation operator can plan for the time of your pick-up. Please use the customer service phone number listed on the voucher.
Exchange your voucher for transfer:
You must call ExecuCar at least 24 hours prior to your flight departure to schedule your pick-up time and to confirm your hotel and flight information. Present voucher(s) to driver upon pick-up.Please note that the listed rate is valid for one to four passengers.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
