Details

Relax onboard the modern catamarans while cruising along the spectacular coastline of Banderas Bay. During the winter months, between December and March, humpback whales are often visible in the waters. Yelapa is a charming old fishing village in a natural cove. There are no roads that lead to the paradise; the only way in is by boat! This idyllic location is perfect for numerous outdoor activities, including: hiking through the jungle to the Cola de Caballo waterfalls, horseback riding along the inland river, swimming or snorkeling in the cove's protected waters, or simply lounging on the beach.

Note:
Reservation confirmation is required. You will not be guaranteed a place on the Yelapa and Majahuitas Catamaran Tour without contacting Vallarta Adventures as far in advance of the day you wish to take the tour as possible. Please check in 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. For passengers departing from Marina Vallarta, the listed rate does not include a per-person marina entrance fee. Children under 5 may participate free of charge.

Redemption instructions

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it iscritical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confrimation is required. You will not be guaranteed a place on the Yelapa and Majahuitas Catamaran tour without contacting Vallarta Adventures as far in advance of the day you wish to take the tour as possible. You may e-mail or call Vallarta Adventures to set up a tour date; the e-mail address and customer service phone number will be on your printed voucher(s). Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Present your voucher(s) and photo identification upon arrival at the Vallarta Adventures Office or the Vallarta Adventures Center.

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
