2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

How to exchange your voucher(s)
Important: You must telephone Gray Line Iceland Customer Service at least 24 hours before your tour date to schedule your hotel pick-up. On the day of your scheduled tour, please present your printed voucher(s) and photo ID to the driver.
Terms and conditions
Hotel pick-up is available only for hotels in Reykjavik. Hotels at the airport are not serviced. If you do not contact Gray Line Iceland with your hotel information, you will be expected to go to Gray Line Iceland's office directly to start your tour. The full address will appear on your printed voucher(s).

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
